Return Policy

This Return Policy describes how refunds are handled for digital goods and subscriptions purchased through the SC Esport mobile application (the “App”) and related services.
Platform-Processed Refunds
All purchases of digital goods and subscriptions are processed by Apple Inc. (App Store) and Google LLC (Google Play). All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or to Google Play support. We do not process refunds directly and cannot issue refunds on behalf of Apple or Google.
Because all purchases are digital and delivered immediately, no physical return, shipping, or postmark is required or possible. Refunds are issued electronically by Apple or Google to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Apple and Google typically process refund decisions within fourteen (14) days of the request. Once a refund is approved, the amount may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Revocation of Refunded Items
If a refund is granted for a purchase of a virtual item or service that has already been consumed or used in whole or in part, we reserve the right to reverse the effects of that consumption, including but not limited to:
- Reducing your squad’s member capacity to its prior limit;
- Reverting changes to your in-game name or in-game ID to the value preceding the refunded purchase;
- Revoking any unused inventory items granted by the refunded purchase;
- Voiding any tournament entries or results obtained using the refunded benefit.
Items obtained through subscription bonuses are subject to the same revocation rules upon subscription refund.
Subscription Refunds
If a subscription period is refunded, any bonus items granted as part of that subscription period (whether used or unused) may be revoked, and subscription benefits (including ad-free access) will be terminated immediately upon refund processing.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable through the Services:
- Items already consumed or used at the time of the refund request, including (but not limited to) used rename cards, used in-game ID change cards, and squad expansions already applied;
- Virtual currency, in-app credits, and any digital benefits that have been redeemed or applied;
- Partial subscription periods that have already commenced;
- Subscription bonus items that have been consumed.
Refund Abuse
Repeated or fraudulent refund requests may result in restrictions on or suspension of your ability to make further in-app purchases on the Services, including delay or denial of future provisioning. Egregious or repeated abuse may result in termination of your account.
Chargebacks
Initiating a credit-card chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Apple or Google through their refund channels may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of all virtual items, subscription benefits, and tournament eligibility.
Virtual Goods
Virtual items, in-app currency, and digital goods have no monetary value, are non-transferable, are licensed (not sold) for use within the Services, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any real-world consideration. We may revoke, modify, or remove virtual items at any time in our sole discretion, including in cases of fraud, chargeback, refund, or violation of our Terms of Service.
